To provide medical aid the Luthra group runs a free homeopathy dispensary in the name of Srimati Jashvantrani Luthra since 1981 providing medicines and medical services to around 1300 to 1400 patients every month ,wherein medical treatment and medicines are given to the needy and poor at subsidised costs.

For the health and safety of communities the Luthra group has also joined hands with the Civic Department of Surat to provide water supply systems and fund the development of Drainage systems in nearby villages.

In the educational field the Luthra Group runs the Luthra Institute of Management for MBA courses as a social responsibility for Surat.

Holding a strong belief in the Indian Spiritual Tradition, the Luthra Group has built a spectacular temple of “Shri Mata Vaishno Devi” who is considered to be an incarnation of the 3 supreme energies “Mata Maha Kali”, “Mata Maha Lakshmi”, “Mata Maha Saraswati”. The temple has been named “ Vaishno Shaktidham”.
The temple is the first of its kind in Surat, giving an enchanting and divine experience to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi ‘s devotees . Apart from the main Shrine the temple also has a Shri Ram Durbar, the Shivji Parivar ,Ganeshji and other Gods.The Temple was recently opened to the general public on the 25 th of October 07.
Another Homeopathy Clinic under the same name of Srimati Jashvantrani Luthra has been opened in the temple’s premises on 25 th October 07 offering the same facilities as the first .
