A Modern Training Centre has been set up at GSDS which is a joint venture of Gujarat Eco-Textile Park (GETP), IL&FS and ministry of Human Resource Development to provide continuous manpower training on need basis.

The conventional method of “on-job” training by industry results in low productivity and poor quality.
